New Year

We've already had a great start to the new year. It's always so nice to put all the Christmas clutter away and start a fresh year.  

I've been having a lot of fun with my new camera.  I just had to start by sharing these pictures of my handsome boy...

Adalyn had her first day of "school" (aka Mother's Day Out) and these are some shots from before we left.

She did great on her first day. They said she ate all of her lunch (shocking, I know) and took a great nap. I was so proud of her.  I wasn't sure what to do with my new free time.  It felt strange not having someone on my hip all day. 

After school, we came home to a beautiful afternoon and took advantage of it by playing in the yard.  Silly Bodie loves playing with Adalyn.

Then Jaxon was sweet and gave Adalyn a ride in his Lightening McQueen car.  

Being a sweet bother and teaching her how to drive.

And we enjoyed swinging while Jaxon played in the dirt.

This child would live in the dirt if he could.  Im pretty sure all of his dreams consist of dirt, cars and trucks.
