First Football Game

Last weekend, we took Jaxon to his first football game at his new school.  The preschoolers get to run out before the team and Jaxon was SO excited.  

Its amazing how his football fascination has developed.  Im guessing its hereditary.. ha.  I was amazed by how "tough" he acted with his friends. I cant believe how much he is changing, he is such a big boy.

He loved hanging out with his classmates during the game.  They were too cute.

First Day of Pre-K 4

Jaxon started Pre-K 4 at his big school this month!  He is gong to Midland Christian and is doing wonderfully.  Choosing schools are a real challenge in our area.  Mostly because of the lack of choices.  But, we prayed hard about where to send our boy and feel at great about him being at this wonderful school. Its amazing how much he has grown up since starting.  He is such a big boy!  We are so very proud of him and know he will do great.

Little sister hugging him before the big day.  Every morning we have to walk out to the garage and wave bye-bye to bubba as they drive off.  She truly loves that boy and hates to see him leave.  

Lajitas

This weekend, we got to have an adult only gettaway!  Some of our good friends met at Lajitas Resort in the Big Bend area to celebrate Colby's birthday.  We had such a fun and relaxing weekend.  The best part was the dinner we had up on a hill away from everything.  It was beautiful.  Our dinner was cooked on coals at that location by their chef and it was amazing! Such great memories.

 

It's a GIRL!

I am going to be an aunt!! And its a GIRL!  We are all so excited.  Jaxon has thought it was a girl from the very beginning and found out he was right last night!  I can hardly wait to meet her!

Ranching it!

Fun Friends at the Ranch!

We had so much fun this past weekend.  We got to go to the ranch with some of our favorite friends!  In all, we had SIX kids.  We were packed but still had such a great time.  We got to ride around the ranch in the ranger, ate lots of good food and did LOTS of swimming.

Super Hero & Princess Day!

Jaxon's church daycare had a "Super Hero & Princess Day."  Since Jaxon usually dresses as Spiderman everyday anyway, he was really excited.  I also tried to get a picture of Adalyn and her teacher, Mrs. Ernie.  Even tho the picture doesn't show it (ha ha) she loves her so much!  

4th of July

We had so much fun this 4th of July.  Because the holiday was on a Wednesday, we got to celebrate most of the week! The above pics are from the country club party. They had jumpers, balloons & even fireworks!

That weekend, we went to the ranch and some fishing, watermelon eating and of course... swimming!
